At our daycare, they send out a yearly survey to access the overall satisfaction level of the parents. It's a good way to officially and anonymously gain feedback from the parents.
One of their final question is to ask parents for any comments or suggestions.
I suggested that they provide some sort of parent/teacher conference for the preschool (3-4y) room.
Her teachers are great about being in constant communication regarding DD1's development in the room. But drop off/pick up is SO crazy that it would be nice to have a designated 20 minutes to talk about things!
I also suggested that they provide more opportunities for parent involvement.
Such as letting parents know they're welcomed for field trips. Or events like "Muffins with Moms" and "Doughnuts with Dads". I see these on here and I love it!
What would your comment/suggestion to your daycare be?
