@Rubies: @Mrs. Sunglasses: There should be a saying, "You know you're canadian when....your dad asks your mom to wait for the hockey game to end before going to labour" LOL

Holy crap, there are some youngins on here! My little sister and brother were born in 86 and 85 and I think of them as like, babies:) It freaks me out a little that so many are even younger than them!
I was born in '80:)

@crash806: Yes! Can not tell you how many of my classmates in school were Sept/October babies- there were a ton of us! Guess there wasn't much to do with 5+ feet of snow on the ground

1979, here! I was born 3 days after Three Mile Island nuclear plant nearly melted down. And we lived WELL within the "blast radius." Mom was scared out of her mind. Especially when the awful nurse played an April Fool's joke (24 hours after I was born) and told her the reactor blew and everyone was leaving town.

1985!
@Mrs. Lantern: Yay Canadians! My birthday is June 29th, and my dad asked my mom to wait until July 1st because they were giving away a free trip to Ottawa to honor the first Canada Day baby!! LOL. I was late already so she (not so) politely declined

This is interesting to me because I always picture each bee as a certain age (maybe based on a combination of what they post, their avatar, and username) and it is shocking to find out how wrong I am on some of you! Some of you I always pictured as either way younger or way older than you are! Haha
Anyway, I am another 88er.

@Jholler25: I was thinking the exact same thing! My "baby" brother was born in 1989 and it's funny how our personal perspectives of age change depending on the context! He seems so young to me in so many ways but I would have never guessed that so many of you are of similar age.
I am feeling quite old right now. 1980

@Mrs. Jacks: okay, I totally had you pegged as years younger... my goodness!! I knew you were a doctor though, so I figured you were mid-30s.
