Sorry about the TMI, but my left boob is sore and I have no idea why. I'm not sure if it's the skin or something internal, but it sort of burns/stings?! It's at the very top of my boob (like where my boob and chest meet). I don't feel any clogged ducts or anything??? Any idea what's wrong?

hmm my first thought was a blocked duct..and thrush stings, but that's your nipple. sometimes when LO latches weird I get a painful feeling along my boob, almost like a muscle pain? also - my blocked ducts are always "deep", so I don't feel them right away. I notice them first when I can't hold LO against my boobs without wincing.

@sorrycharlie: @Bao: thanks! I'm thinking it might be more on the surface? I have some stretch marks there (that cropped up during pregnancy) and LO has been STTN more, so maybe it's just a pissed off stretch mark?!
