I have seen my doctor twice the last two weeks and she is very admitt about me getting 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables EVERYDAY! I've done the 5-6 small meals before and lived off a high protien low carb diet full of carrots, celery, apples and bananas so I know how to get it in. Sadly my old time favorite make me gag. Choking down carrots now...
My question to you: What do you do to get your 5-6 fruits & veggie in & how do you keep it interesting without adding a whole lot of extra calories with dips?
