I have no idea what I'm making the girls for dinner tonight. DH isn't going to be home and I'll probably eat in peace once they go to bed. What's your LO having for dinner? I need inspiration, bonus points if it's easy!

DH made beef stroganoff in the crockpot! They will eat that with egg noodles and green beans...I hope?

leftover pizza. but if I get more inspired to cook, sweet potato in the microwave mixed with pastina and some frozen spinach littles.

I was all set to make a herb roasted pork loin with roasted veg and mashed sweet potatoes. But ILs offered to keep her and feed her dinner because they need DH to stop by after work. So she'll eat that tomorrow night.

She ended up with: Cheese and broccoli pasta, 2 turkey hot dogs, a couple of meatballs, a yogurt, and a pear. Lovely combo

@blackbird: she ate better then R. Wouldn't touch her grapes, handful of Mac n cheese, and maybe three chicken nuggets. Then wanted a cookie but I said no. Meltdown!

He had black bean and roasted sweet potato mash with cheddar cheese on top, a handful of Puffs and a slice of avocado.

Peanut butter sandwich, goldfish, cheese cubes, strawberries and milk. It's pretty much the only meal he'll eat at home right now. Well, that, spaghetti and pizza.
