I was surprised that when I got my staples out, the nurse said I could DTD when I felt up to it. I assumed the 6 week rule applied to c sections too.

My OB said I had to wait until 6 weeks. No problem there.

I think almost 3 months. I was in no hurry...sorry DH!

Almost 6 weeks. Not quite. My OB told me to wait because it is preferable for your cervix to be closed for infection risk.

They told me to wait until after the 6 week pp checkup. Everything was cleared then. We waited a few more weeks after that, however. Prob around 11 weeks pp.
