DS hasn't had any history of food allergies. My SIL claims that our nephew has a peanut allergy-every time he eats peanut butter or something with peanut he supposedly vomits.
Someone was telling me the other day they gave their LO a PBJ sandwich for lunch and their LO is about the same age as mine (15 months) and I was surprised but didn't say anything. When did you introduce nuts, specifically peanuts?

8 or 9 months i think. i just didn't think of giving it sooner. i was a little nervous but i knew i had no real reason to be. why were you surprised at 15 months?

11 months I gave him peanut butter. he looooved it
eta: I didn't wait on purpose, the thought just never occurred to me that he might like it

Seven months. I didn't want to freak out if someone gave her something with nuts, so I gave it to her outside of her peds office. No problems.

I think 8 or 9 months. The guidelines recently changed I think and they no longer suggest putting it off? She isn't a fan, though, so I don't give it to her much.

We waited till a year when we got the all clear. She's also had nuts and does fine.

At 11 months we gave her a PB&J sandwich. She had already had almond milk/butter too.
