I'm normally a planner and do things way early... But 37 weeks.

36 weeks. I was dilated some, effaced, and I just wanted to be ready! My water broke at exactly 40 weeks and I was just glad to have a bag packed!

At 39 weeks plus I finally put some things in the suitcase in our room. I didn't finish until I was in labor at 40w6d.

A friend of mine gave birth yesterday at 35 weeks. Now, I'm paranoid so I'm thinking I may pack them a little early just in case!

Had them mostly ready at 36 weeks... 5 weeks too early ;). I still had to throw a few things in on our way out the door, though.

By 35 weeks. They took me off my medicine that controlled my preterm contractions at 36 weeks and my doc and I both thought I would have the baby soon after. NOPE. Labor didn't start until my due date and baby was born the next day.

After my water broke... At 36W2D. I recommend packing by 35 weeks to all of my pregnant friends! That is truly the last thing you want to be doing when you're in labor- oh, and when your labor only lasts 4 hours total.

I had a few things packed a few different times, beginning at 28 weeks. I really packed an hour before my induction!

I was a slacker...38 weeks or so? I used like nothing that I packed, so it was fairly useless to have it packed early:)

DH packed my bag while I was in labor! I was 39 weeks, just had procrastinated the packing of the bag and never did it. It worked out fine though!

I was mostly packed at 37 weeks, just had to throw a couple items in as we walked out the door.

37-38 weeks. I had bought most stuff around 36 weeks, but didn't want to jinx anything by packing too early.

34 weeks, because I just wanted to have them done. Once they were packed I put them in our storage space on the way to the car.

My water broke at 39 weeks, and I still wasn't packed yet, so that morning! Our car seat wasn't installed either... Oops! Good thing my water breaking didn't come with vicious contractions!
