So I've seen on my friends' IGs and some Pinterest boards about making smoothies for toddlers/babies. Most of them include fresh/frozen fruits and veggies, Greek yogurt, and some juice or ice.
How old was your LO before he/she could enjoy really cold smoothie drinks? And my major concern is that I keep seeing articles/suggestions from peds about diluting fruit juice (even 100% juice, no sugar added) when giving them to kids-- why do toddlers drink "pure" non-diluted juice (in a slushy form) when they have smoothies?
