I almost never leak during the day now, at 8.5 months, but in the morning, the side I don't start on always leaks, or if C sleeps in a little, both sides will leak a little when she wakes up I guess. Very very rarely (like, after I eat a lot of oatmeal in the morning) I leak after the shower.

Other than that it's really rare, and I haven't worn nursing pads in months. But I realize that I should wear them when we are staying over somewhere and i might want to come out in my pajamas and see people in the morning.

I started leaking again every time DD had a schedule change, especially each time she started sleeping a longer stretch at night. When we sleep trained to get her to STTN was the worst! But each time I regulated within a week or so.

I started leaking when I was 20 weeks pregnant and continued until lo was 11 months. I went through so many nursing pads!

Somewhere around 4-5 months, although I still do if she has a long stretch at night.

I EPed 6 months and after month 2 only leaked at night. That never stopped until about 2 weeks after I weaned

I swear I sometimes wake up nearly drowning.

I only leak now when LO is nursing on the other side and I have a letdown. I'll let down/leak on the other side too. Other than that no leaking and I'm 5 months PP.

I stopped leaking around 2.5 months pp.

6 months? But it still randomly happens occasionally when I'm nursing or at night.

At 8 months PP I don't leak over night anymore and haven't for a couple months. I still leak from the other side when pumping though.

@mrs. 64: Haha don't be scared! It's not as bad as it sounds (for me at least). I don't really leak randomly, but when she's nursing and I have a letdown milk will dribble out of the breast she's not nursing on. I also still sometimes have a random letdown here and there (though it's much less frequent than it was).

Still leaking at six months PP. It's not all the time, maybe one nursing session a day.

I'm the odd woman out and have never leaked. And it caused me no end of stress and anxiety when A was little because every thing I read said I should be swimming in a swamp of breastmilk!
