The Hoglet is 2 weeks old (today!) And for the most part she lets me know when she needs to eat but at night or when she is taking a particularly long nap I still wake her every 3 hours. When did you stop waking your LO up to feed?

Our pediatrician told us at her 2 week appt that we could stop waking her to eat. He said she would wake when she was hungry

Never, she never slept long enough for me to worry about it.

I stopped waking him at night once he had regained his birth weight (by our 2.5 week appointment). Then I started doing EASY and would only wake him to eat during the day if he'd been sleeping for more than two hours. I did that until about 10/11 weeks. Now we're on a pretty set 3-hour to eat schedule.
ETA: I should note that I do still wake him at 9:00 p.m. every night to eat. I aim for a dreamfeed, but he always wakes up. Then he'll usually sleep 7-8 hours (which means I get to too!), so that's why I continue to do that.

We never did. She woke up like clockwork until she regained her birth weight.

Never woke her to eat. She maybe had a 4-5 hour stretch at night which was great. She also was gaining weight and healthy so that put me at ease,

I did it for a long time bc I'm crazy. I dream fed her every 6 hours at night until probably 11 or 12 weeks.

We co-bedded, so this was a non-issue for us. He probably nursed more often than every three hours, but after he hit his birth weight I didn't worry about how often he was feeding...he had plenty enough wet diapers.
That said, we were told at his 12 day appointment (after he was back up to his birth weight) that we could let him sleep for 4 hours without feeding him.

Never. The doctor told us we were good as long as she was gaining weight, which she was.

I never had to wake her but I'd feed her at the slightest fuss for the first two weeks. Once she was back at her birth weight I stopped worrying about it (before I wouldn't wake her but would worry if I should).

We were told we could stop as soon as he got back up to his birth weight.

Never! She was gaining weight well and I know that sleep is just as important as food for an infant. She would occasionally sleep for five hour stretches from the time she was born and I never once woke her to feed her. She was back up to her birth weight and then some by two weeks old so I really didn't worry about it after that.
I do believe I've read that unless there are medical problems, a baby's body is hard wired to not let itself starve. She will wake you when she's hungry so I would let her sleep.

We never woke her to eat, her pedi said if ages hungry she will wake up. Of course she usually woke up every 2-4 hours anyway

I also stopped when he regained his birth weight which was 5 days after being born!

I think it all depends on weight. My Lo is first percentile and i still do a dream feed at almost 8 months. I woke every four hours until about 4 or 5 months.

LOL! Never had this problem. I was one of the lucky ones who had the special kind of newborn who stayed up all day, all night. Wahoo!

I want to say somewhere around 12 weeks? We tried to do the baby wise thing (somewhat) and I think it helped her get her days and nights sorted really quickly! I only did it during the day, not at night.

LO was having a little trouble gaining in the beginning, so we woke her every two to four hours in the evenings until she was about four weeks old. Now, at seven weeks, she nearly sleeps through the night, eats well during the day, and is gaining right on track.

Never wake a sleeping baby!! My LO routinely slept 4-5 hours at 2 weeks old. Once she even slept 7 and I was really worried! But yeah.. Try to enjoy it!
