Around 6 months, I think?
Actually, now that I think about it, it was closer to 7.5 months.

6 months! She started solids around 5.5 months, and I started giving her puffs around 6 months. She didn't really show much interest in them or want more until about 7-7.5 months though. I think her interest in them peaked when she was able to pick them up and put them in her mouth by herself.

We started around 6.5 months. She still has no interest cause she can't pick them up She will eat them if we put in her mouth.

Around 8/8.5 months. We went straight to Cheerios. She loves practicing her pincher grasp (it's really good now at 9.5 months) and the way the crunch feels on her gums (I think you get more of that with Cheerios than with Puffs, because Puffs are designed to melt in your mouth).

10.5 months...I was avoiding added sugar till then, but she's not really a fan anyways! She prefers the veg/fruit melts and Cheerios.

Right around 8 months. He has to be in the mood for them, though. Sometimes he kills them, sometimes he just throws them around and spits them out.

6.5 months but he mostly played with them until about 7 months when he finally was able to get them in his mouth.

Early, around 6 months. It helped him learn that he needed to chew and swallow food. Buy they're meltable, so no real choking hazard.

He started eating them this week at 7.5 months. I've been giving them to him every once in a while for the last 3-4 weeks but this week he figured out how to pick them up and get them in his mouth. He loves doing this. So now I give him a few after every meal.
