After you were done BF, how long did it take for your breasts to return to their pre-pregnancy size?

@winniebee: its been about a month since I quit BF after my surgery and they are just now looking normal-ish. My old bras fit, but they just seem different.

I'm 8 months pp and I'm starting to wean and my boobs are back to C cups (instead of DD/E cups). Now.... they're a lot more saggy than they were. I've heard that it takes a year after stopping for them to get perky again (we'll see!).

Pre-BF I was barely a 34A and now probably somewhere between a A and B. Wouldn't mind keeping these babies! -
Gah. Well, I have a gift card to shop before I go back to work in a few weeks and I was hoping they would be back to normal by then so that I could get some new tops....but I'm still weaning the pump.

I was a 34C pre-preg and I'm a 36D now at 6 months pp. I haven't BF in about 4 months.

@regberadaisy: Same here! I wouldn't mind keeping the boobs - i was barely a 34A before too and now sort of between A and B... and I am getting used to having boobs! I was just looking at my old pics and I was like oh no I am going back to be no boobs? Ahhh!

Oh I so hope I'm not one of those people whose pre-preg boobs never come back! I would cry if my chest stayed this big after I finished bf'ing. I was a 34B and am now a 36DD and HATE it! I love bf'ing but sometimes my annoyance with having big boobs is enough to make me want to wean at six months instead of trying for a year.
I'm curious to see more responses on how long it takes for the chest to return to normal!

OOh god. I hope they return to normal. My boobs are so huge right now they actually gross me out.

Almost 5 months pp and my breasts are already halfway back to normal and I am still breastfeeding--so I think it really depends on the person.
My aunts all said different things regarding their final boob size (bigger than before, smaller, or return to similar). -
i have no clue what size i am now, but still BFing and my boobs seem smaller than pre-baby days....but saggier

It took me 4 weeks to wean from the pump. My boobs actually look like they used to today and I haven't pumped in a week. Yay for small boobies again!

This is good info! I had a breast reduction and I am so paranoid that when I am pregnant my breasts will swell back to what they were originally and never go back down!

I'm 3.5 mo PP and not breast feeding, and I'm still not back to where I was. I'm still carrying around about 15 pounds though, so that could be it although they do seem a bit bigger than before when I weighed this amount.
@char54: I had a reduction too and HATED when they got bigger! They never got to pre-reduction size though thankfully!

Man, mine better go back down after this kid. I'm already a DD/EE and if I get up to a GG or something crazy and never go back down, I'll just lose it!

@friedbabymama - This is what a lot of my friends have told me/I have evidenced! Smaller, saggier or "deflated"
My mom seems to got fuller and a little bigger after having kids (though she only BF each of us for about 1 month). Sis and I are both hoping to have her same luck being small 34Bs pp.

I should mention i think my boobs look a little flattertham pre preg. Too early to tell though...
