When did they stop sitting in a high chair and what did you transition to after that? LO is only 9 months old so she will be in her high chair a while still, I think.

LO is 22 months and is still in her highchair! She hasn't shown any dislike for it and she still fits so...Why not?

DS is 21 months old and still sits in his highchair. We'll probably get some kind of booster seat for him (like the fisher price one) before baby #2 starts using the highchair.

She's 22 months. It depends where we are. At home if it's just me and LO eating we sit in her children's table and chairs. It's big and sturdy enough for me too, but still kid sized. If DH is home, usually for dinner, she's in her high chair. At restaurants she's also in a high chair.

Our older gal stopped sitting in her high chair around 2.5 ish. Sometimes she will still use a booster if people offer it or if we are at someone's house and they offer her a highchair, she will happily still accept for the novelty factor! And she is 3.5!

We took my son out of his high chair when his baby sis was six months and ready to take over! My son was 2 years 4 mo. We put a cushion on one of our chairs to give him a boost and thy was that.
