DD's been resistant since about 33 months. She still naps most days, but only for about an hour (1.5 hours at the most).

Yesterday J went all day without a nap! (goes to bed at 8:30/9, wakes at 7am)
He was suuuuper sleepy at 7pm though.

Around 4.5 yr... She could still really use one but doesn't get tired till 2 or 3 so she just doesn't get one now.

@T-Mom: 4.5 sounds amazing! I hope my 17 month old can do the same!

@autumnlove: I was actually getting worried about how I was going to send her to kinder when she still needed a nap. But she's adjusted pretty well to no nap (except for occasionally falling asleep on the way home). Hope your DD stays a napper for a good long while

G was 2.5 or so..... if he napped at all he wouldn't go to sleep at night! I used to be a real stickler about naps/sleep so it was really hard for me to let him drop the nap but I figured not being up until 11 at night was more important than the midday nap!

2.5. She was starting to stay up SUPER late, so that clinched it for us. After we cut the nap she had a really early bedtime, though.

Charlie is still napping at 3 1/2 and I think he still needs it, but a short one hour one to not affect bedtime.

@Mrs. Twine: our three year old goes to bed so late, made worse with no nap. I don't get it!

I will be so sad the day that naptime comes to an end. Please tell me it's better than it sounds!
Today, Noelle napped from 2-5 pm... and slept at 9 pm. I don't mind that one bit.

@Mrs. High Heels: I know...I'm nervous! LO napped from 12:45-4:30 and went to sleep at 7:30.
