During summer camp I just packed her lunch in the morning - sandwich, small protein, fruit (or raw veggie) and either crackers or trail mix. I can see also packing her rice, pasta, quesadilla, and mac & cheese.

Now I'm waking up a bit earlier to pack her lunch in the morning before I get LO up for school. It's not like it takes long but we're on a pretty tight timeline in the morning.

Just wondering if most of you are packing lunch the day before or the day of. If you use a Yumbox do you put everything in there and leave it in the fridge overnight?
