So as some of you do, I freeze all of my pumped milk on Friday and send the oldest frozen on Monday to rotate through what's in the freezer (I think I picked that tip up here, so thanks HB!).

I prep LO's Monday bottles on Sunday evening. When should I be pulling the milk out to thaw? I have been putting it in the fridge at around noon on Sunday, but then it's still slushy and tough to portion out when I make the bottles around nine at night

The obvious answer is to put it in the fridge sooner, but I was wondering how the use-frozen-within-24-hours rule fits in here.

So, possibly overthinking all this, but when do you pull your milk to thaw?
