I've been having braxton hicks all day today after a few days without them. I didn't count or time them because I just put it off. If you remember any of my previous 100 topics, I've been having BH and false labor a LOT since 34 weeks.

We spent the afternoon running errands and even went to my doctors appointment, which I didn't get checked at because I went in feeling sick Tuesday and got checked then. While we were out, I noticed they were intense...tightening pretty strongly and back pain and cramps every now and then. Still didn't time them. We've been home for over and hour and I kept having them so I started to time them. They are about 5 minutes apart...sometimes a few seconds less, sometimes a few seconds more and about a minute in length.

I just had one that made me really think this may be it. But they aren't unbearable...but definitely making me say ouch and have to breathe.

I'm hesitant to go to the hospital because I've had so much false labor...but this feels different. Especially since I've had them all day today. I also find it hard to believe I've been in early labor all day and didn't notice until now.

What do you think? Labor or no? Should I go anyway just in case?
