My 6 month old goes to bed around 7

DS (3 years old)- I'd like to say 8 pm but he's the master of delay so realistically 9 p.m. He naps 3 hours at school.
DD (10 months)- she is on two naps and she is asleep by 7:30.
Both kids wake up around 7 a.m.
