We took LO on a daytrip today. He napped from 1115-1245 and 5-6 in the car. (I know, bad late nap!) He was up early this morning -- before 6.
Usually he's pretty reliable (up 7ish, nap 1-3, down 730). Today is all jacked up!

Cs bedtime is between 6:30 and 7.

I would say 9? 10 at the latest. That's why late naps suck sometimes!

@zippylef: yeah he's usually in bed between 7 and 8, but he usually only has one nap that's over by 3.

I would try putting him down at 7:30. Despite his late nap he may sleep on schedule!

@Mrs. Bee: I was thinking 9ish too ... Ugh, he'll be OT tomorrow. We had fun at the aquarium, but all the toddler drama plus nap chaos makes it not super worth it.

@Mrs. Yoyo: once M napped super late because she was having a crazy tantrum and I couldn't take it. She napped from 1:45-4:45. I started her bedtime routine as usual and she was out by 8 (normal bedtime on nap days).
She hasn't been napping lately so she's out by 6:30.
Both kids are zzz so I get to clean, do laundry, run the dishwasher, pump and watch the bachelor if I'm not too tired!

I would actually try at around 8pm. Was his late nap from the car ride? I find that even if LO falls asleep in the car, she still is easy to go down for her usual bed time even if that car nap was an hour before.

@Rubies: Yup, car ride. Think I may aim for 830 or 9, depending on how he seems...
