Obviously with LO not due until the end of August it is a bit early now but, when should we start interviewing for Nannies? We have been back and forth between Childcare and Nanny but considering I am only needing someone to be with LO for 2-3 days a week while I am either sleeping during the day or working, we decided a Nanny might be the best.

I was also thinking that once we find somebody we like we should have them start a week or two before I actually head back to work so they can get an idea of how we do things/want them done and we can get to know them better. Is that weird?

I am so clueless on all this and Mrs. Pen's post just really got me thinking about it all again.
