A is 14 months old and is in a "refusing to eat certain things", phase. She will refuse things she once loved, which I know is normal, but getting her to eat dinner seems like a battle lately. There are a few things she will almost never deny, but I she can't eat the same few things everyday....right? I usually feed her what we eat for dinner, so she sees we are eating the same thing, but it still doesn't matter, she refuses and will throw a tantrum if she doesn't want it. Again, I know this is common for toddlers but is there anything I can do? When she refuses a meal do I just get her down from her chair and that's that? Do I make her something else? I feel like making her something else just gives her "her way", but I don't want her to be hungry either. She does eat 2-3 snacks a day, maybe that's part of the issue? She has a morning snack, afternoon snack and then sometimes a snack before bed.
