We will be setting up some college savings account for our LO within the next year (working through Dave Ramsey's baby steps and are halfway done with step 3, woohoo!) and am curious which states you found have the best plans.

We are thinking about doing the ESA as well, but there is a maximum contribution limit each year that is less than how much we need to save in order to cover her college in 15 years. Side note, the costs for college are just astronomical! I can't imagine they can continue rising at this rate indefinitely without some serious complications.
