My nanny-LOs have the Chicco one (cubes). They're giving it to me as well. I've never found it tricky or had a complaint! Theirs is not included in the recall (those were ones with tray storage on the outside of the back legs).

We go the graco 4 in 1. http://www.amazon.com/Graco-Blossom-Seating-System-Vance/dp/B005XJ2VGE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1344959857&sr=8-1&keywords=graco+4+in+1+high+chair Advantages: we have a booster for his friend. The highchair fits under the table. Disadvantage: it doesn't store very easily.

We have this First Years Chair:
I like that it straps onto one of our regular dining room chairs, so it doesn't take up much room. It has a tray, but also fits under the table, and it swivels and reclines, which is nice. It's also easy to clean.

We have the Fisher Price Space Saver high chair. It straps to one of our dining chairs. It reclines in 3 levels. It's easy to wash. We like it so far.

We have the Valco baby Astro: http://www.valcobaby.com/products/strollers/model/astro-high-chair.html
It folds up super flat and is really easy to wipe down.

we have the Eddie Bauer wood one and Im not a fan at all. I love the way it looks, but its not functional. . Its impossible to keep clean, and Liv has been able to remove the top tray insert since she was like 8 months old.

I think I might be selling it on Craigslist and getting either the Boon one or a space saver

@LivsMama: I have this one too because it matches my furniture but DS (8months this week!) loooves taking off the tray and throwing it...

I have the Keekaroo, which was very expensive, at home and the one chopsuey has here at my parents' house. I paid $25 for the one chopsuey has and LOVE it. I'd gladly trade my Keekaroo for it any day. Don't tell DH!

We have the Joovy. It is so great and it folds up so we can put it away each night! It's well constructed and inexpensive.

We have the same one as @chopsuey119: and I'll probably get the Antilop for eating outside or when I want her in the kitchen with me and contained.

@rachiecakes: yeah I loved it until she wsa about 8 months. The paint is starrting to chip off on the seat too. Frustrating because its a beautiful chair.

We also have the Fisher Price Space Saver. Although I am still PG and our baby has not used it. It has been used a lot at our house. I actually bought it so we had one for my friends babies to use when over and for my Nephew.

we had a stokke tripp trapp, but i sold it. we also have a boon flair, which i do really like, but it is kinda big. we have a fisher price space saver at my parents' house and i want another one for our place!

We have the same one as Chopsuey and C.sassy, plus we have a free standing one (Graco maybe? or Fisher Price?) that I hate.
I really wish we'd just gone with the booster- I feel like LO likes it better, it's portable and easy to clean, it has no fabric (I would never ever ever recommend getting a high chair with fabric, it's more of a pain to clean and it just gets gross), it has fewer crevices for food to get stuck in...

Thanks everyone, I will review all the suggestions and hopefully find one that works for us.
@LivsMama: I really like the look of that wooden one, too bad its not a good high chair

@Mrsbells: I love that our LOs are the same age - you ask all the questions I need to ask!

We have two, the Chicco Polly and the Graco Blossom. Love them both, but if I had to choose only one, I'd choose the Graco because the separate booster is so smart!

@chopsuey119: I think I may buy the one you recommended. it has such great reviews on amazon and its exactly what we will need since it doesnt take too much space as we are still in an apartment and moving within a year.

We have the OXO Sprout. A little pricey but it's so easy yo clean and it's not obnoxious looking, which made it worth it in my book

We have the Peg Perrego Prima Pappa. I got it used and honestly I don't love it. Its not a great design to keep clean. But it is super comfy and I love all the features (easy to roll, easy to recline, height adjustment, etc).

We used our Bumbo with a tray until DD was able to move into a plain wooden restaurant style one that could be slid under our table (we didn't have space in our kitchen/dining area for an extra piece of furniture).

We have Ikea's Antilop with tray. I love it- he is so messy when eating, I can just take it outside and hose it off! Plus the whole thing was $25! (I'm not counting the $5 optional pillow they sell as an accessory, since I don't think it is necessary and is kind of a pain to use.)

@chopsuey119: We have that exact one. In fact we have two! Toddler girl uses it as a booster, and Wonder Baby uses it as a high chair.

@Mrs. Yoyo: @Clementine: After a lot of research, I put this one on my registry, but it seems so expensive. Glad to hear you're happy with it in real life -- guess that makes it worth it!

@Mrs. Yoyo: lol, thanks- he comes from a long line of Buckeyes on his daddy's side!

Same one as @brownie. I love it, but I learned recently to watch spaghetti sauce, you have to leave some soapy water on it a couple of times overnight if the sauce stays on too long. It ended up not being as big as an issue as I originally thought thankfully.

@jedeve: my mom works for a restaurant supply store so we got it from them. However, they sell them online (http://www.amazon.com/Excellante-Wooden-Chair-Walnut-Packaging/dp/B000JHM30O)
