So far only my parents, MIL and BIL have watched LO. I would love to have more sitters since they aren't always avail but I don't want to find someone online and my friends with kids have their hands full already!

Because I'm so far away from my family, I tend to rely on friends. None of them have kids yet, but they're usually pretty enthusiastic about it! I am very lucky.

DH watches LO during the day since he works evenings then he will drop off LO when he goes to work either at his parents or my moms until I get off work.

No LOs yet, but I've been thinking about this as well since both of our families live hours away from us! One of my friend's mom has already agreed to watch our LOs in the future. She currently has over a dozen grandkids and treats me and the hubby like her own kids.

My FIL, SIL, and younger sister have all babysat my LO. I'm going to be sad with my SIL moves out of state, and my younger sister moves off to college.
