When we were going through IVF we told our mothers, a few friends, and our bosses. I never told my dad because I didn't think he would approve. I think I would have told him if it had worked and I had a baby.

I told my parents and siblings, close friends, and co-workers. Having said that, if anyone asks (within a reasonable context), I'm pretty open about it!
ETA: I also told my hair-stylist, massage therapist, and acupuncturist!

I told my mom, who told my brother. Thanks, Mom. I also told a couple of DH's therapists when he had the TESE surgery. I told the ladies from my pilates class (4 ppl).
I specifically didn't tell my in-laws because I didn't want to hear their opinions. I was afraid they'd judge is for doing this now with DH still recovering. Luckily they were really happy about the pregnancy.
I'm pretty open to telling people now how I got pregnant. It seemed like such a long shot when we started and I still feel very lucky.

We told my mom and my SIL that we were doing IVF in the summer but didn't get into the specific timelines. I also told my cousin/bff, she was my confidant and support person.

I told one friend when we were starting IUIs back in April. And recently told another just last week cause I kept asking her about insurance. My parents and no one else knows.

We were pretty open about it. Family all knew, and I blogged about it too.

For my first cycle, I told my sister and a couple friends. But I felt like no one knew what to say to me and I ended up taking everything so personal :(. Why does this whole process make me feel so sensitive and insecure? Anyway, this next go around, I'm not telling anyone unless there is an absolute need to tell someone!

I told lots of people, but actually not my dad...it felt too personal. So basically everyone except my dad? Weird.

Everyone. Also, if anyone asks, I'm pretty forward about mentioning it. I hate the stigma it has, and I feel talking about it will help alleviate it.

My parents, siblings and closest friends knew while I was going through IVF. Now that we got pregnant we are pretty open with most people how it happened.

Lots of people-all my family, but not DH's, most all my friends, my boss & two other people that work with me.

Just my mom and my BFF (and her DH). My mom told my dad, before my second round, but he's never mentioned it to me. ILs and siblings don't know. I liked not many people knowing... If I didn't think I needed some IRL support I wouldn't have told anyone. Maybe I would feel different if I had been successful.

Not many - it was a very hard and personal time for us.
My mom knew, my boss knew, my BFF and DH's BFF.
To this day none of my siblings, in-laws, or dad knows. Although at this point I don't care anymore if they know but I wouldn't bring it up out of the blue either.

A couple family members, a close fiend & my boss knew while we were going through it. After it was successful, pretty much everyone knows they were conceived by IVF. Like @meganmp: said, I hate how IF is so hush hush, I very openly talk about it.

I'm fairly open with my IF journey and have announced it on FB and have gotten a ton of love and support. Just general IF awareness posts, not anything about what CD I'm on. Nothing specific. Haha.
As for IVF, I wasn't sure about opening up to my FB friends about it because I wasn't sure if there were people who were highly against it. Well, I decided that I needed the support more than the risk of nay-sayers (which hasn't been anyone). I posted a pic of my IVF meds a few weeks ago and got a lot of support again. I definitely feel loved throughout our journey.
