That's great that the airline was able to work with you, who did you fly with?
I wish airports just had some sort of baby room, full stop! Even a bottle feeding mama is entitled to a quiet and child friendly spot when she needs it and we all need a safe spot to pop our kids so we can use the loo!

You are a rockstar! I would have panicked for far too long to be able to execute that...way to think on your feet and get it done.
And YES airports should have a moms room for nursing, pumping, feeding, and most importantly, being around other woman who know whats up!

@dagret: I used one today! It said only if you have your kid with you but I just broke the rules. It was much nicer than a bathroom!

That seriously sucks! I am so sorry! I had to deal with that once but I was at work, I couldn't leave because DH had my car and he was 2 hours away. I had to hand express and it sucked soooo bad. I'm glad it all worked out in the end though!

@marionberry: I used it while traveling without my kid too. I think they're more concerned about random people trying to nap in there or something.
