Please say no! 
DS is 9.5 months and for the past few months was waking up 1x/night. He's had a cold for the past 8 days and has been waking 2, 3, 4x/night. I've gone in to nurse him because he's sick and I can't stand to let him cry. Have I undone all the work we did when we sleep trained?

I can't speak for your LO's age since mine is 8 months but we've been through it. We sleep trained at 4 months. Since then LO has had several colds that caused me to nurse her through the night. After each it's taken her about four days after feeling 100% better to get back one wake up per night. We've let her CIO a little but it's never felt like sleep training again.

We slept trained at 6 months to swaddle wean and had her going down on her own for two months before that swaddled. She had a HUGE sleep regression at 7 months, and I had to nurse and rock her to sleep for every nap and every night waking for two weeks.
As soon as she was through it, she went right back to being super easy to put down. Do whatever you need to do to keep your LO happy while he recovers. I'm sure you haven't undone anything. Hope your little guy feels better soon!
