We have a friend who Brady has grown up with since he was an infant. They were in a playgroup together, music class together, My Gym together, etc. We intentionally signed the boys up for the same preschool because we wanted them to go to pre-k together, too. Well, today we got our packets from the school and they aren't in the same class. We weren't aware there were two classes so we didn't think to request that they be placed together.

I know it's not the end of the world but we love the idea of the two growing up together and having all these shared experiences. My husband thinks we should just call/email and ask if B can switch classes. I'm worried that will be a huge pain in the ass because the class lists have already gone out. Thoughts? I don't want to come across as *that* mom when school hasn't even started yet. He feels like the worst they can say is no and it's not like we would argue or push the issue so it won't reflect poorly on us at all.

I know this is an insanely ridiculous first world problem.
