Hi everyone. We are waiting to try and getting close to our TTC month. I'd like to start "prepping" my body. I've been exercising and eating well. I've noticed good changes.

I'd like to start thinking about vitamins or supplements that I should take to get my body ready for pregnancy. Any recommendations?

Also, I'd like to brush up on some reading. Do you have any recommended books or websites with useful, to-the-point information? What were some of the best reads you had? Thanks!!
