DH is convinced that if we feed our 11 month a dinner full of carbs he will sleep through the night more often. We all eat dinner around 6:30 and he usually just gets some of whatever we are eating. DH's theory is based on the fact that one night we had breakfast for dinner and had pancakes and potatoes etc and he slept really well that night. Last night I gave him some extra crackers w/ peanut butter after our normal meal and he slept all night too. (maybe it's just giving him a big dinner in general?)
As far as the usual sleeping pattern: LO was great about STTN at one point then when he started teething he went back to waking once or twice. Since then it's been on-and-off. Most nights he wakes up but occasionally he will STTN - I attribute a lot of it to teething/being sick/being a normal baby.
Anyone notice STTN improvement when LO eats a big dinner?
