@sandy: @littlek: @winniebee: I'm the wimpy second time mom here. I'm taking zofran daily. I really struggle with nausea. It's not good for me mentally (not that it's good for anyone). So when it was hanging around all day no matter what I did, I called in for help.
I'm feeling much better now. Unfortunately, I'm still exhausted. And (TMI) I have constipation like I've never experienced before. I'm trying to up my fiber intake daily and make sure I'm drinking enough fluids.
I had really debated joining the November board originally since I'm a 12/1 EDD. But I knew I would always be on the tail end of the appointments/milestones. Apparently even here I am too. I've got some u/s envy today

@MamaG: Glad you are feeling better. You've gotta do what you've gotta do to keep it together in pregnancy!
I am so exhausted in the mornings (my son gets up by 6:30 every. single. day...sometimes earlier) and even with a cup of coffee it's hard to shake. I'm going to bed early, by 9:30, but wake at least 2x a night to pee already. That, and my room clearing gas is already out of control. My poor husband!

Where do you live?: California
What kind of provider will you see?: I am going to see a midwife/RN based on a glowing recommendation. Apparently, she trained for midwifery in Scotland...kind of cool!
When's Your First Appointment?: May 29th...hope it flies.
What kind of birth do you want?: A flexible and safe one-- I don't want to assume anything.
What You're Most Excited For: Ohhhh...gosh...everything. Kissing all ten fingers and toes.
What You're Most Scared About: An MC of course, but being a good mother and transitioning well.:)
Symptoms so far: I knew I was PG from dizziness. That is now subsiding but I am having these stretching, pulling feelings, a little queasy, exhausted and snippy (poor DH...)

Just wanted to say congratulations to all the December 2014 mamas...i had my beautiful boy on 12/29/2013 and i couldnt be happier...not gonna lie it was hard being "that" pregnant for christmas but i think it was more the excitement then anything else...

What kind of birth do you want?: I had a C-section last time, so probably a repeat though I'd like to discuss VBAC
What You're Most Excited For: a healthy sibling for LO
What You're Most Scared About: miscarriage - I've had 3 and don't want to go through it again

OMG girls, I had the strangest dream last night! I dreamt that I was pregnant (with Xander I think), but I was still getting my period. I wanted two kids and I wanted them close in age, so Hubs and I immediately started trying again. So I got pregnant AGAIN (WTF - how is that even possible???) and so I was apparently pregnant with TWO babies that were due only a few weeks apart from each other! (I don't know how this works because when I took the second pregnancy test, how did I know it was telling me about the second pregnancy and not the first???) So at first I was really excited that my two kids would be close in age, but then I started freaking out because I was basically pregnant with twins (except they would be born weeks apart) which made it a high risk pregnancy, and so I started worrying about both babies and whether they would make it to term!
