DH just mowed the lawn yesterday from about 7-8pm. As long as there's day light out, it seems normal to me.

It's 9:50 pm and my neighbor is mowing. It stays light until 9:30 right now, but it seems a little excessive.

Probably after 8? 8:30? Although I really wouldn't be annoyed because it can be really hot and humid here and it stays light really late so it seems better to mow later but we have larger lots and it really wouldn't disturb sleep of the little ones like if you were really close to your neighbor.

I think the mower should be off by 9 - it's hot and humid here so I understand the need for it being later - people work weird hours and what not., my bigger pet peeve is someone mowing before 8 am on a weekend - back off people ha!
At our old home our neighbor would start mowing at 10 pm - in the pitch black - we have no idea how he could even see what he was doing, it drove me nuts.

If the sun is up, I feel like its fair game. We have retired neighbors that start early in the morning, but both kids have sound machines and are up at 6:30. The sun sets around 8:30 here right now, so 8:30/9.
