Done with the egg retrieval! They got 11 eggs and we'll get a call with the fertilization report tomorrow.
we ended up signing up for the study, so they will use the eeva system to film the embryos growing.
I'm excited for the next step and really looking forward to relaxing on the couch today

@jaguar: That is good news about the 2-day-er! I'm dying to test but also totally scared. If this one doesn't work I don't know what we will do. When do you think you will test? I'm trying to hold out until the weekend. No tests in the house so I'd have to decide to head out shopping.

Just got a super squinter at 6dp6dt - at 3 PM in the afternoon. Do you see it? In shock and really hoping that we don't have another CP!

@brady80: yay! That's wonderful news. @GreenThumb: so exciting!
@jaguar: still way too early!

@brady80: 11 is a great retreval number -fx for a good fertilization report.
@GreenThumb: congrats!
@jaguar: 9dpo is still super early. I still have hope for you.
Afm...6dpo in my post d&e cycle...really just want the time to pass so we can get this fresh cycle started. I feel like so much time has been lost and it is passing so slowly.

@jaguar: DEFINITELY too early for you! Sorry I'm coming in from nowhere, but don't give up yet. You're only 6dp3dt, right?

@jaguar: Yeah, I think it's still too early. Hang in there. I really hope this is it for you. Hugs!!

@brady80: Great news!! I hope to trigger Sunday for a Tuesday retrieval!
@GreenThumb: I definitely see that!!! Congrats!

@brady80: Oh my gosh, an amazing result! xxx
Well, poo. I got a squinty line on an IC test today and got all excited - but the most negative of negative FRER's afterwards. Got my hopes up for nothing.

@jaguar: I got a squinty on an IC before FRER showed up too! Test again tomorrow!
pear / 1986 posts
@jaguar: I agree! Maybe one more day will clear it all up! That is REALLY good news about the IC test and definitely something to keep your hopes you about.
@brady80: Great report! Hoping everything goes great for you on Tuesday! :good luck:
@MrsYellowJacket: Thank you!

@travellingbee: Your 10dpo FR had a great squinter though. Mine is just NEG!

@jaguar: the cycle I got pregnant I had a faint line on an IC for 2 days before anything on a FRER! Don't lose hope. A line is a line!! Can you post a pic?
kiwi / 589 posts
@jaguar: that's not a squinter. I could see it easily on my phone, not wearing my glasses! I think there will be a line on the FRER tomorrow and a much darker one on the IC.
persimmon / 1114 posts
@jaguar: I think totally possible the frer could just be later. However, when I zoom in I feel like I see something on the frer too. Fx this is it for you!
@brady80: great results!!
hostess / papaya / 10219 posts
@jaguar: OMG that is totally a line! FRERs are less sensitive than those IC, I'm telling you. You are NOT out! For REAL!
ETA: Also are you positive that there is no line on the FRER?? Cuz I feel like I see something in the right spot...
pear / 1986 posts
@jaguar: Hmmm… I think I agree that there could be something on that FRER…
And the IC! What else would give that line?!
pear / 1531 posts
@jaguar: agree that the IC is not a squinter, esp for 10 dpo. Was the frer with FMU?
apricot / 378 posts
@jaguar: I know we tend to be really good at seeing invisible lines, but I definitely see the first and *really* think I see something on the FRER!
honeydew / 7230 posts
@jaguar: That IC looks great! Especially for 7dp3dt! Was this a fresh cycle? Did you test out your trigger? Hoping your next FRER comes up with a great line!
pomegranate / 3764 posts
Its pretty blindingly negative in real life. So disappointed because the cheapy looked good. Even hubby saw it!
I'm 7dp3dt and it was a frozen day 1 grown to day 3.

@jaguar: I'm so sorry I don't mean to give you false hope, but I really do see the line on the IC, and I also feel like I see something on the FRER. Do you have a pic of today's FRER?
pomegranate / 3764 posts
It's just so frustrating. IC still shadow, and FRER just totally negative. And I tried on a few different brands of cheapy, and all have a shadow... so what the heck is going on? Why can't it just be positive or negative, one way or the other.
pear / 1986 posts
@jaguar: Oh no, I am so, so sorry that this is going this way for you! Would your clinic do a beta for you given the circumstances just to clear it up either way?
pomegranate / 3764 posts
I refuse to walk back into that clinic right now. I can't handle one more blood test, I am just so burned out.
I can't believe we'll have to go back and do another full round again. I'm just shattered.
hostess / wonderful apple seed / 16729 posts
@jaguar: sending lots of hugs your way. I'm so so sorry.
