So I've never had these before, but I"m having what I'm pretty sure are migraines--throbbing intense pain in the sides of my head, gets worse with physical exertion or change of position (like sitting to standing, or turning my head sharply). Comes and goes but I can always kind of "feel it" lingering in the background. Does that sound like a migraine?

If so what do you do about them during pregnancy? I don't like the idea of taking Tylenol daily (although it does seem to help). I drink 1 cup of caffeinated coffee a day, so I don't think caffeine is the answer...I also thought they were supposed to get better in 2nd tri. I'm 15.5 weeks
