What kind of exercise do you like to do when you're pregnant? I'm 24wks and do not have an exercise regimen, but I'd like one. Yesterday I walked 10 minutes to a friend's house in the neighborhood, and my belly felt so tight and heavy and uncomfortable. I feel like it's not normal to feel like that after only 10 minutes! I belong to a Y with childcare so I really have no excuse. Also, since this is my 2nd LO I feel like I'll need to be in better shape than w/just DD!

I don't like yoga, and while I've heard many people recommend swimming, I'm not sure about it. I went swimming at a lake Labor Day weekend, and it was so awkward. Should I stick with it? What does everyone else do?
