So...my nasty neausea has shown up again with pregnancy #2. Pretty much get ridiculously ill when I go to long without eating or if I eat too much I feel sickly full. The joys.

Anyways - I have basically zero desire to eat but know I need to. This leads me to eating the things that taste good - even if they are not good.

I want to get back into some protein/meal replacement shakes. Not for diet purposes but for a quick/easy yummy meal. I was drinking Shakeology before TTC - but was a little too concerned about all the different ingredients while PG - plus it is VERY expensive.

I'd love to find something new to try that is high in protein, low in sodium and contains minimal sugar.

Anyone have any recommendations? Anyone tried Shakeo and found something they like as much?

My fav shakes are (all with chocolate powder): banana, PB2 and almond milk; coffee & almond milk; frozen strawberries and almond milk!
