I'm 16 weeks pregnant & have always had a pretty healthy diet. I started tracking my foods this week in My Fitness Pal and realize I am consistently eating way too many carbs and not enough protein. Protein is super important for a developing baby right?
Do you have any tips on how to sneak more protein in daily? I'm not a giant meat eater so I really don't want to increase my meat intake dramatically, plus it's expensive!
