Do any of you give your young toddler (my lo is 1.5 years old) smoothies with protein powder in them to help get some extra nutrients in? I've heard if you give a child protein powder it should be a plant-based organic brand, but wasn't sure if any of you have actually done it and what kind you use? I've seen protein powder specifically for kids at Target that I've almost bought, but wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations first.
