What's the cutoff date for Kindergarten in your area?
Just curious if your Sept born baby will be "oldest" or "youngest" for Kindergarten? My Sept baby is set to start TK this Fall, then K in 2018.
I kind of wish I had planned my LO's birth-month better when TTC as I didn't know she'd be born just a few days after the cutoff date (in CA).

near us in TX the cutoff is Sept 1, so they are oldest (mine aren't Sept though). a lot of people with summer bdays are holding back and doing TK though so I think those kids will actually end up the oldest.

Technically my son should go to K in the fall as our cutoff is 8/31 and he's early August, but we are holding him out until next year. He will attend another year of pre-K in a different classroom at his same school.

We're doing the same! I'm actually happy about it though. I think it is to LO's advantage.

Nope he is going next year. He misses the cut off by a week but pretty much all July and August birthday kids are held so he won't actually be the oldest.

Our cutoff is Dec 31. Mine will be one of the oldest as an early January baby.

December baby but our cut off is December 31st so she can start K in the fall. She will be the youngest, but she's definitely ready.
