@Mrs. Blush: Me! It's been a crazy long road for DH and I. I was diagnosed with endometriosis earlier this year, had laparoscopic surgery in late July to remove endo tissue, and just got the green light to start trying this cycle. I'm 10 DPO and waiting til this weekend to POAS. We shall see!

@mrsd2442: Wow! I hope you get your BFP! Going through that surgery sounds tough. I had ovarian cysts in college and almost did it, but am glad that in the end it wasn't a necessity. Good luck! We're going to start TTC in Oct - can't wait to join you!! Any potential symptoms yet?

@Mrs. Blush: yeah, the surgery was rough! It was supposed to only be an hour long procedure but ended up being 3 hours bc the endometriosis was much worse than they anticipated. I had cysts inside each ovary, so they had to remove them. As of today, my boobs are super sore (although they usually are before AF so that's not really promising) and I have some strange low cramps, which may be slightly promising bc I only usually have cramps once my period arrives. But I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much! My doctor is only giving us this cycle and next cycle to try on our own, then she'd like us to try IUI. Hopefully we'll have our BFP sooner! October isn't too far away, you must be so excited!! It will be fun to get to know ya throughout this whole experience!

@mrsd2442: almost poas time for you, huh!? I have my fingers and toes crossed for you!
To be honest, now that I am only on more cycle away from trying, I've become more impatient than ever. I'm constantly looking at the calendar trying to come up with ways to make it feel sooner than it is. I hate that because I'm not the type of person who ever wishes days away, even when I do have something really exciting to look forward to.

@Mrs. Blush: Yes, almost! DH and I agreed to test tomorrow morning. So we'll see!! For some reason I just don't think this was our month but who knows.
As far as being impatient - I don't blame you!! I'm impatient and we're TTC! Haha! May I ask why you're waiting til October? Don't mean to be nosy. For now, try to stay busy and keep yourself distracted as much as you can. Plan get togethers with friends and date nights with the hubby, even if they're at-home dates! Just give yourself something else to look forward to hope that helps. I'm honestly the same way though, so you're definitely not alone.

Hello! I've posted over in the Sep POAS board but wanted to say 'hi' here too! This is our first month of NTNP/even looking at my O timing, so it's all very new and definitely exciting. We've been married for almost 8 years and I've not been eager to start TTC at all but with a change of job last Sep, I realised that my outlook has definitely changed. I'm much happier and my outlook on the future has changed so I don't shut down hubby's baby talk anymore We're just starting this journey so I'm glad I've found HB to help me deal with the silly qs and the highs/lows. Xx

welcome @pineapple!!
I started taking prenatals back in April. I was taking gummies at first - so yummy. But then I switched to New Chapter Perfect Prenatal because it also contains iron. I also take the New Chapter fish oils. What about you?

@Mrs.Blush I started taking Vitafol in May but after two weeks got acne and never had acne, only a pimple before AF. I just started taking it again bc I have a few left. It has DHA which i hear is better.

@mrs.blush: I'm only ovulating around mid-September so will try and wait til October 1st to POAS but depends which day I actually O. X

@Mrs. Blush AF is ending now. Being regular, I know I will get CM in two weeks. I know when I ovulate so will be DTD every other day this cycle. Then not sure how many weeks to wait to POAS. Is it the two week wait that I am always reading? So, that's the plan for September into October.
