If y'all can't tell, I'm having one of those "I need to better myself days" lol. As of right now I'm still carrying around 30 extra pounds of baby weight , and that shit will not come off! 5 years before DS I lost 55lbs in about 8 months, with a combo of eating right and working out. I eventually did the c25k app and started running 3 miles 5 to 6 days a week, and that is what helped me drop the last 10lbs. Fast forward to now and I eat like a freaking bird, and run 3 miles 4 to 5 days a week, and I'm struggling to lose 5lbs. I even got a Fitbit so that I could make sure I was eating enough, and not to much. Anyways...is there like a magic month pp where your body decides to get with the program and weight starts dropping? Tell me what you are doing, or dido lose the baby weight? I'm thinking about getting into cross Fit? I reeaallllyyy got to do something with myself. I worked so hard the first time to lose the weight and the way I felt after was amazing, I'm starting to think that some of the intamacy issues I'm having, have to do with how I currently feel about my body.
