I need some third trimester workout motivation! I've been working out a bit this pregnancy. Nothing too hardcore or regular. The weight has stayed off - I think chasing a toddler and nursing until 24 weeks was the cause of that! But I do feel better when I exercise, even though I'm more limited in what I can do now.

My goal is to do something every day. A yoga video, light circuit workout, or a stroller walk. And to do lots of pelvic floor exercises!
