So, I have a coworker who has been abusing our "leave as you need/make up your time" policy and management has taken notice (and reprimanded her) however now they are cracking down on us because of the abuse. We have DD2s 15 month check up on Wednesday and I have to leave work early for it. I explained i would be skipping my lunch break and coming in early, and got a snarky response from my boss (which never happens.)

I'm so mad that because of one situation it will be affecting the rest of us. This is more of a vent than anything, i just hate how my once cushy policy is not appearing to be staying that way.
