I have been researching online the pros and cons of taking a hot power yoga class while TTC and I have gotten some conflicting information. I have been practicing hot Vinyasa yoga for about 4 years now. I now do a hot power sculpt class (yoga with weight lifting) 2-3 times a week. There are some articles online that say that women should not be practicing yoga in a heated room even when they are TTC or the week they may be ovulating and other articles saying it can actually boost fertility. I am just so confused!

So, my question; has anybody taken hot yoga classes while TTC or if you are currently TTC, are you taking these classes?

The studios are not blazing hot like Bikram but they can get up there, depending on the instructor. Any feedback would help. Thanks.
