So, while I'm thinking about this...I've got (and may keep) a monthly "unlimited" membership to a local yoga studio. There are about 5 or 6 different classes per day...and on weeks where I can actually go, I should be fairly free to go to a class morning, mid-day, or occasionally evening. That said, what do you think is the ideal number of practices per week? How often do you practice?

Does it make a difference whether you practice alone or in a class setting? I'm still learning...I wouldn't feel "safe" pushing any envelopes without a teacher to help guide me.
