Any ladies alter their yoga practice during the TWW?

We did bow pose (where you lay on the floor on your stomach and reach back to grab your feet to make a "bow shape"), and I couldn't help but think I am crushing my uterus in this pose.

I tried to do a little research online, but of course, got flooded with a ton of varying bits of information.

ex: No poses laying on your back, no twists, no poses laying on your stomach, and no ab work.

Um, that basically eliminates most poses!

Yoga is a great source of stress relief and joy in my life, and during the emotional roller coaster of TTC, I'd be sad to have to give up my practice for half of the month, each month.

Any thoughts?

ETA: The studio I attend is hot yoga (not as hot as Bikram but in the 90-98 degree range with varying levels of humidity. They don't offer a specifically pre-natal program, but I see pregnant students every once in awhile.)
