My sick baby has been refusing the bottle for 2 days now. I'm taking it as a sign. I'm cutting out bottles as of tomorrow. Her breastmilk/whole milk mixture will go into sippy cups and we'll still offer them to her as we have been offering bottles.

What a big girl! I need to get on the getting rid of bottles, but I love our snuggle time when I give him his milk bottle since he won't sit with us if he gets a sippy 
it makes me sad.

Woah!! That's awesome! I have a horrible feeling that we may have to start using bottles to get her to drink whole milk. I'm just at a loss.

Congrats! I think we're going to start the process this weekend. Makes me sad to give up our bedtime bottle snuggle but happy to not have to wash them anymore!

Yay!! E hasn't taken a bottle in months, actually, she never really took a bottle, but still, sippy cups are so much better!
We're going to start the transition to whole milk in the next few weeks too (after her first birthday in three weeks time), but I'm nervous because I don't have any pumped milk to mix it with....and I'm certainly not going to start pumping at this stage in the game! Fingers crossed she just takes to it straight up!
