DD is 4.5 months and EBF. She used to have a bowel movement once a week, however as of today she hasn't had one in 2 weeks! Should I take her to the Dr?
Also her diapers haven't been "seedy" since she was about a month old is that a cause for concern?

Yes I would call her pediatricians office.
My baby is not EBF but the longest she has gone without a bowel movement has been a week.

Yeah, I would call. DD has gone 7 days max without going and that's her usual now 
but she just turned 5 months and no longer has seedy poops (still EBF).

I would call just to see what they say. Liv was EBF and would sometimes go 9 days without, and her pedi told me that the body can efficiently absorb all nutrients at times and have nothing to expel. But see what they say. also, the poops stop being seedy at some point, but I forgot when

once a week?? oh my goodness. Wagon Jr. has had at least 1 bowel movement a day since he was born. Until he turned 2 it was always at least 2 bowel movements. At 4.5 months he was having probably 4-6 bowel movements a day. You must save a fortune on diapers and diaper cream. I would definitely take her to the pediatrician just to make sure there's nothing going on.

C is almost 4 months and she has 1 BM every 1 1/2-2 days. They stopped looking seedy about a month ago? They look like peanut butter now.

Call the pediatrician just to make sure. My LO stopped pooping all the time at 3 months. The longest between poops was 13 days, and usually she would go 8-9 days between poops. Our ped said it was fine as long as her poop wasn't hard, bloody, or white. Now that we've started solids she goes more often, but still only every 3 days, or so.

My DD just went 15 days and she was completely fine, but I'd call to see what they say.

I'd call the pediatrician.
DS would go 7-10 days without and I would always worry but the pediatrician said it was fine as long as he wasn't straining and there wasn't any blood/mucous/etc.
Have you started solids/cereal yet? My ped suggested oatmeal instead of rice and to stay away from bananas to start.

Yep: I would definitely call. My Lo was constipated for 12 days after she started solids.. When she finally pooped it was huge, thick and so hard.
Prior to solids she had a poop at least 2x a day. Sometimes more.

@mrs. wagon: Yea a week is her norm but my golly when she finally does go its a bad explosion, as in we pretty much have to throw away her outfit!

@chopsuey119: We did give her her first taste of baby cereal about two weeks ago, however she had a bowel movement that night. We haven't given any to her since but i wonder if thats the reason why...
