Do any of you not follow the 4 day rule for introducing new foods? I was going to but we plan to do BLW and I would like to just feed her things from our meals but we won't be eating the same thing 4 days in a row! We don't have any food allergies in our families and I would spread out the higher allergen foods. Just wondering if this is crazy thinking...
I am a bit more lax so far with DD2. But will still wait 3 days for high allergen items. I also don't plan to introduce eggs, shellfish, nuts, milk and honey till after one.
